Hold on to your hats, friends, because The Maine have announced they’re coming to Australia for their first ever headline tour.
The Arizona quintet have today announced that they’re set to head to Australia in January and February of 2018 for a run of dates that will see them hit up some of Australia’s major cities, and yes, that includes Adelaide and Perth!
The group recently released their sixth record, Lovely Little Lonely, back in April, and are obviously pretty keen to get back to our fine country to spread the love and good tunes. Last in Australia back in May in support of All Time Low’s Australian tour, this will be the first chance that The Maine have had to stretch their legs as a headline act in our fine country.
Of course, the good news doesn’t end there, because the band are also bringing out Texas’ Waterparks as support. With Waterparks releasing their debut record Double Dare back in 2016, the group are excited to bring their irreverent live show, and brilliant material to Australian crowds.
Tickets to their tour go on sale on Wednesday, September 6th at 9am, so be sure to get in early for what is undoubtedly going to be one of the best pop-punk tours of the year when it comes our way in January and February.
